It is essential we have proof of purchase and photos of the damage to be able to do this.
Cancel An Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 28 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the item sent was by error.
